Zoe Stephenson Zoe trained at English National Ballet School, but following an injury, decided to pursue a career that involved the treatment and prevention of sports and dance injuries incorporating the knowledge she gained from professional dancing. Zoe trained as a Massage Therapist, then a Sports Massage Therapist and is currently studying at the British School of Osteopathy, she works with many professional dancers and treats using many different techniques and varies from very focused deep massage for specific problems, to relaxing, maintainance treatments. Claudia Macchini Claudia has been a massage therapist for over ten years and throughout these years she has been able to build a good reputation in her field. Her knowledge, experience and instinctive nature have enabled her to tailor treatments to the specific requirements of clients using a combination of different techniques with a holistic approach. Claudia works with an emphasis on stretching, trigger points, mobilisations and soft tissue release. These techniques help with rehabilitation of injuries as well as recognising factors contributing to the development of imbalances and unhealthy patterns. She also offers massage for relaxation and lymphatic drainage, ideally as a valuable treatment within a detoxing program that also consists of nutrition and exercise advice. Claudia’s client base is diverse and consists of sedentary workers, runners, professional dancers and people with specific injuries or occupational issues. Andy Roberts Andy trained in Australia and has been massaging for over 10 years. He combines strong Deep Tissue massage techniques with nurturing Reiki. He’s also been teaching Yoga for the last 5 years and is a marathon runner and swimmer. Stan Rechcigl Stan has been involved in the massage industry for many years. He has previously worked for premiership rugby clubs such as London Wasps and Saracens Rugby Club, athletics clubs, football clubs and is a familiar face at the London Marathon and London Triathlon each year. Stan specialises in providing sports and remedial massage and deep tissue massage to clients suffering from a variety of aches, pains and injuries. He is also on hand for those who simply want to indulge in a relaxing massage treatment. Pawel Wiacek Originally from Poland, started his journey with massage and healing in 2004when he completed Polynesian Holistic Massage and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi MassageTraining. Giuliana Perra Giuliana has been working as an on-site therapist in various companies in London since 2004 while completing her 3 years Shiatsu Practitioner Diploma at the European Shiatsu School in London. Following her interest in Oriental Medicine, she has also completed a post graduate course in Traditional Chinese Medicine and attends regular TCM seminars. Giuliana has been teaching on site Massage and Shiatsu since 2005 and is a fully-insured member of the UK Shiatsu Society. Keith Graham Keith completed his three-year training to become a certified Rolfer at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado and has studied Rolf Movement in Brazil, Germany and Spain. He has been in full time practice for ten years. Keith’s clients come to him for a wide variety of reasons; busy people for help with the effects of stress, sports people to improve performance or speed recovery from injury, children for help with growing, and ordinary people (and animals) who want to be free from pain or just want to feel their body’s full potential. As a 30 year student of Tai Chi, Keith has developed a sensitivity and an understanding of how to work with the subtle energies of the body, as Rossiter stretching coach he is also able to work with heavier clients or highly toned athletes such as rugby players and martial artists who may need a very strong touch, and as a Rolfer, Keith has learned to see and feel exactly which approach is appropriate and to encourage each individual he sees to move towards balance and freedom. Jo Lewin Jo is a qualified Nutritional Therapist working in London. Since graduating with BSc Hons Nutritional Therapy degree, she has been practicing with adults and children in both the private and public domains. Jo has been involved in the delivery of the MEND weight management programme to families in Southwark for the last 3 years and runs private consultations in Westminster and Waterloo. She has recently written and delivered a 10 week healthy living programme for parliamentary employees to inform and inspire individuals to a healthier lifestyle. Bronwyn Clifford Bronwyn specialises in treating work-related musculo-skeletal disorders, primarily repetitive strain injuries (RSI) and back pain. Bronwyn graduated in physiotherapy from the Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand in 1996, moved to London in 1998 and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Ergonomics from the University of Surrey in 2001.
