Nutritional therapy works by looking at how your current diet and nutritional status may be impacting on your health. In a typical consultation. Jo will ask you to identify your dietary goals. Then she will take an in depth case history to help you understand the relationship between your diet, lifestyle and the way you feel, both emotionally and physically. Together you will then devise an achievable, easy to follow dietary plan based on your individual needs. Follow up consultations may be suggested to discuss any changes or further questions.
How to book

A one hour Lymphatic drainage session with Claudia is £50 and can be booked on Mondays 3pm to 9pm and Saturdays 10.30am to 5.30pm by calling the Colombo Centre booking line on 0207 261 1658
About our therapists and treatments
Jo Lewin is a qualified Nutritional Therapist working in London. Since graduating with BSc Hons Nutritional Therapy degree, she has been practicing with adults and children in both the private and public domains. Jo has been involved in the delivery of the MEND weight management programme to families in Southwark for the last 3 years and runs private consultations in Westminster and Waterloo. She has recently written and delivered a 10 week healthy living programme for parliamentary employees to inform and inspire individuals to a healthier lifestyle.
Although her training has covered all areas of health, nutrition and behavioural change, Jo’s special interest include weight management, digestive health, hormonal imbalances (PCOS, pregnancy and menopause), stress, energy and fatigue. She also has experience working with groups on healthy eating initiatives including practical cookery demonstrations and label reading.
Jo is committed to treating all clients in a compassionate, non judgemental way and to provide the understanding, encouragement, education and ongoing support needed to reach their goals.
