Physiotherapy

Our new Physiotherapy clinic with Bronwyn and Cara is now open at the Colombo Centre is now open on Tuesdays 8 to 12, Wednesdays 5 to 8pm and Thursday 8 to 2pm

Physiotherapy can be used to treat:
Back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, whiplash
Repetitive Strain injuries
Sports Injuries, sprains and strains
Arthritic Pain
Rehabilitation before and after surgery
Postural problems

Bronwyn uses a ‘hands on’ approach when treating combining manual therapy with physical exercise.  Read more about Bronwyn's expertise at our therapist directory.

Treatments include:
Manual therapy – myofascial release and joint mobilizations
Electrotherapy – ultrasound and intereferential therapy
Postural correction and gait analysis
Rehabilitation – personal exercise programmes
Preventative advice – postural re-education, workstation assessments

Fees for physiotherapy treatment are £65 for an initial assessment/treatment (45 minutes), then £45 for follow-up appointments (30 minutes). The Breathe physiotherapy centre is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8 and 12. 

We are recognised physiotherapy providers by all major health insurance companies including Bupa, AXA PPP, Norwich Union, Cigna and PruHealth
