We offer one to one Yoga,  Tai Chi and other stress management services.

Whether it’s to manage stress using breathwork, pranayma exercises, meditation, mindfulness and positive visualisation or to improve longstanding postural problems, a short tailored yoga course can help.  Our beautiful treatment rooms are located on the top floor of the Colombo Centre, SE1 8DP, just off Blackfriars Road.

How to book
 You can book a course of yoga sessions, pilates or Tai Chi by going online and buying a course for £220 or a one off session for £55 (or simply pay the therapist direct). We also teach 2 people for the same price. Before booking we would be delighted to talk to you about your wellbeing goals

About our therapists


Daniela Essart

Daniela was introduced to Yoga during pregnancy in 1999.  She has been teaching for more than 10 years.   Her classes range from strong Vinyasa dynamic flow through to more gentle forms focussing on form and rehabilitation using the breath. She is also a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher.  She teaches in a creative, open-hearted way that aims to inspire, empower, and brings joy to the people that experience her practice. 

Daniela works at the centre on Mondays and by prior appointment on Saturdays.

Taiji (Tai Chi) & Qigong (Chi Kung)
Laura Ichajapanich


MSc (Chinese Medicine), MBCCMA

Laura has 16 years experience as a taiji and qigong teacher in London. Her primary focus is on Yang Sheng or health cultivation, a key component of Chinese medicine which requires the smooth flow of qi around the body. An awareness of qi (vital or functional energy) can be achieved through taiji and qigong, together with balance, posture, calming the shen (mind/spirit), developing internal strength and a sense of dantian (centre). In one-to-one sessions Laura will assess your health needs and tailor an exercise routine to suit your condition, eg, Dao Yin sets for the Heart, Diabetes, Liver, Lung; a more martial routine such as the Chen 19-move taiji form; or the simple but effective 5-minute meditation. Keith Graham is a senior instructor and Hon Vice President of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. He has practiced for over 30 years and has a warm and engaging style of teaching. He combines his Tai Chi practice with his in depth knowledge of human anatomy; he is one of only 10 certified rolfers in the UK . Brenda Hobdell
Brenda has 20 years experience as an Iyengar teacher and runs yoga classes throughout South London as well as yoga vacations.  Brenda is also an experienced Tui Na massage therapist and will be starting as a therapist at Breathe London in September 2011.  To book a yoga vacation go to Yoga Off the Rock Call Brenda on 07812 827 566

Andy Roberts  trained as a Sivananda teacher in India and as a Deep Tissue Massage therapist in Sydney, Australia. For the last 10 years he has been heavily influenced by Iyengar practices and also Chi Kung. His stress management work has been helped by his masters degree in psychology and his training as an emotional intelligence coach.
