Yoga workshops and training


We offer a series of five one to one yoga sessions depending on your circumstances:

Yoga for stress management and relaxation

Learn breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation as well positive visualisation techniques.  If you have a busy life and need to manage stress and feel balaned and calm, this is a perfect way to feel at peace and in control again

Yoga for fitness
Learn a strong dynamic form of yoga including powerful abdominal exercises.  Ideal for weight loss and toning

Yoga for bad backs
Whether its lower backs, sciatica or neck and shoulder tension we introduce you to amazing exercises to empower you with techniques to improve your posture, feel energised and free from pain

You can book a course of yoga sessions or Thai Chi by going online and buying a course for £220 or a one off session for £50. We also teach 2 people for the same price. Tuesdays 7am 9pm (yoga  or stress management with Andy
Thursdays  9am to 7pm (Tai Chi with Keith Graham
Fridays 7am to 5pm (yoga with Andy )
