360-Degree Wellbeing

At Breathe we adopt a 360-degree approach to your health.  We create a space for healing and growth and together we explore how to develop new, healthy habits. 

In session one we ask about your general lifestyle and habits.  These include questions about your day-routines, life goals and stressors.

We also take physical measures of wellbeing such as resting heart rate, blood pressure, and body fat percentage.  In this way we are able to get an overall picture of your health and tailor a 4 week lifestyle plan for you.

Emotional Intelligence coaching

In addition we can also do assessments of an individual’s emotional intelligence level using an online psychometric test called MSCEIT.  This gives the person feedback on their ability to recognise, use, understand and manage emotions effectively.  Find out more about Emotional Intelligence Assesment and Coaching
