The therapies at Breathe include psychotherapy, CBT, clinical psychology, positive psychology coaching, mindfulness, emotional intelligence coaching, counselling and hypnotherapy.
To book a mind therapy treatment
To find out more about each of the therapies, click on the drop-down menus. In each section, we describe the treatment and who works in the area. The therapist bios are at the end of each section. To arrange a face-to-face session at our Covent Garden or Waterloo clinics OR by phone/skype or facetime session, click on the biographies, contact the therapists via their mobile numbers, or send them an email the online booking form. They will get back to you shortly to arrange a therapy session.
Zoom or Sype options
During 2020 and 2021, the therapists have been seeing clients remotely using Teams, Zoom or Skype. This is still an option for you. However, they are now also seeing clients face-to-face.

Where are we based?
Our healing spaces are in Waterloo and Covent Garden. Each of our treatment rooms has lots of natural light and provide a space to breathe, pause, reflect and heal.
