Cheryl is an advanced clinical and sports massage therapist and a specialist in the
treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions. She has been involved in
massage therapy for two decades now and continues to have a passion for her work
and helping those who want to take a natural approach to pain relief and wellbeing.
She is able to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal pain conditions including lower
back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI, Rotator Cuff Injury, Sciatica,
Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions.
Cheryl carries out a thorough consultation and assessment prior to treatment taking
into account any issues impacting on a client’s physical health and wellbeing as well
as their goals for the treatment and believes that listening skills are a key element of
any treatment alongside quality of touch.
She uses a range of evidence-based soft tissue and massage techniques which are
both safe and effective in reducing pain and increasing range of movement. Her
