Re-direction Rehab (RDR) specialise in providing affordable and accessible evidence-based physio treatment to both elite and non-sporting individuals. RDR's mission is to optimise performance and redirect you back to optimal health.
Qualification: MSc, BSc, HCPC and CSP accredited.
Speciality: RDR we specialise in post-surgical management and rehabilitation. These include, but are not limited to knee, hip, foot and ankle. Sporting injuries including ACL, Achilles rupture, soft tissue repair and tendonitis. We also provide tailed rehabilitation programmes and manual therapy including myofascial release and trigger point therapy.
Elite sports experience: Currently lead physiotherapist for Men's Division in the National Basketball League (NBL).
