Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is an ancient holistic treatment based on the Ayerveda. It's been practised in India for over a thousand years. Originally, it was used to improve hair and scalp conditions by focusing the massage on the head, neck, and shoulders.
Using acupressure aims to rebalance the body's natural energy.
This form of manual therapy employs firm yet gentle, rhythmic movements on the targeted areas, stimulating acupressure points known as Marma points. Traditionally, Ayurvedic oils were integral to this massage. However, in a testament to its adaptability, the use of oils has now become a matter of personal preference.
