Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis and Cognitive Hypnotherapy in Waterloo and Covent Garden

Hypnotherapy sessions are helpful for many different conditions. At some stage in life, many feel stressed, anxious, find it hard to let go of troubling thoughts or have sleep problems.

A hypnotherapy session may be part of the solution. We see people for a range of reasons, including:

  • fear and phobias
  • gain confidence for public speaking or in social situations
  • sleep problems
  • general anxiety
  • negative self-talk
  • smoking cessation
  • for general relaxation
  • to feel more in control
