Christina Milette Reiki Master Practitioner and Sound Healing
Christina has a background in Public Health, and a passion for holistic population health and is a certified Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner. She has trained in both the traditional Reiki Ryoho Japanese and the Western lineages which can be traced directly to Mikao Usui (the founder of Reiki). She is a Master Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation and verified as a Professional Reiki Practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
Reiki has been a profound blessing in her life, and she looks forward to holding space for your own healing journey. This beautiful practice nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, leaving clients feeling deeply calm, centered, and filled with renewed vitality. It is a powerful tool for relieving stress, easing anxiety, and restoring restful sleep. Her practice welcomes everyone, and she has gently supported individuals facing physical ailments, fertility paths, and complex diagnoses like MS and cancer.
The session will begin with a chat about your needs and any areas you would like to focus on, then she works intuitively to facilitate a calm, peaceful and restorative treatment to support self-healing. The Reiki spiritual path can be truly transformative, and she looks forward to meeting you along the way.
