Osteopath, Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist

Currun is a highly qualified osteopath who helps people overcome persistent pain and recurring injuries – so they can feel confident in their body and get back to doing what they love.

He began his career in the NHS at an integrated musculoskeletal and community physiotherapy clinic. His treatment plans combine detailed orthopaedic and neurological assessments with hands-on techniques like gentle joint movements, assisted stretching, and massage. As a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer, he also incorporates movement-based rehab to improve posture, mobility, and strength.

Before training as an osteopath, Currun spent 15 years working in conflict zones and humanitarian settings around the world with organisations like Doctors Without Borders, Oxfam, and the Red Cross. During this time, he helped set up holistic rehabilitation clinics for refugees and led workshops on stretching, breathing, and relaxation for women and youth affected by violence.

These experiences gave him deep insight into how trauma, stress, and burnout can affect both body and mind. Drawing on his background in yoga and meditation, Currun weaves mindfulness and breathwork into his sessions – helping patients reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and take charge of their own recovery.
