Sports Injuries, neck and back problems, joint, muscle, disc or tendon injuries and headaches
As a young athlete Michael developed a passion for sport, exercise and wellbeing.
This gave him the notion to move to the Uk and join the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, one of the most prestigious institutions of osteopathy in the world.
He graduated in 1999 and since then he has taken further training in Sports and K taping, Exercise therapy, Pilates, Naturopathy (including nutritional therapy), Cranial Osteopathy, Medical Acupuncture, Ergonomics and the Bowen Technique.
Some of the places he has worked include Sports Imperial Collage, where he looked after elite athletes of the Collage as well as academics. At Farmacia urban healing in Selfriges, the Pilates Éducation and Research centre in South Kensington as well as the flagship La fitness gym.
Throughout his 17 years of experience he has been treating people of all backgrounds including professional athletes, dancers (including professional dancers from Strictly Come Dancing) and principal dancers from both the English National Ballet and the Royal Ballet. With the above knowledge, Michael has a holistic approach to treatment and always seeks to find the cause of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. This not only speeds up the healing process but also prevents recurrence.
Some of the areas Michael specialises in include: Sports Injuries, Neck/Back problems, any joint/muscle/disc or tendon injuries, and headaches to name a few. Michael is passionate about exercise, he run his 1st marathon under 3hrs at the age of 20 and now he enjoys gym training, swimming, cycling and pilates.
