Start to think about emotions in a different way. Consider them to be useful pieces of information that enable us, in conjunction with our intelligence, experience and personality, to make positive and purposeful decisions.

In our workshops we introduce a framework for recognising, using, understanding and managing our emotions. We explore how they can influence our style of thinking and behaviours.

We also look at how emotions transfer between colleagues and how this emotional transfer has a major impact on productivity and wellbeing.

Recognising and understanding our emotions, our colleagues and clients equip us with vital tools to help us make great decisions.

The Programme

Introducing the emotional intelligence model can be done in groups of between 10 and 20 people. The basic model can be introduced in a 90 minute session and is an extremely useful aide memoir for staff when trying to incorporate emotional intelligence into their decision making process.

In order to explore how the existing best practices of the organisation can be rolled‐out to all staff additional sessions may be required. For example there are people within all organisations with a natural aptitude for emotional intelligence. We work with organisations to help identify those people and use their experience to develop an emotional intelligence culture which is in harmony with the organisation.
