Many studies have demonstrated that the practice of meditation, if conducted on a regular basis, has the following benefits:

Increases interpersonal trust between colleagues leading to greater information sharing.
Increases the level of positive emotions people experience which has been demonstrated to increase tenacity, flexibility, creativity and wellbeing amongst team members.

We have developed courses which focus on the proven benefits of meditation, followed by simple practical methods to increase focus and concentration.  The workshops are entitled energy and focus sessions. The religious and spiritual aspects of meditation are de-emphasised.

The Programme

  • During a 90-­minute energy and focus workshop, we introduce simple, practical exercises using techniques from yoga, meditaton and mindfulness. Session are for groups of 10 to 20 people
  • We also run longer courses for up to 10 weeks. Regular weekly practice helps participants incorporate the techniques into their daily routines. The more regularly people practice, the greater the benefits.
